Tank:

-As babies: 40 Gallon

Mental stimulation: Places to climb and vegetation

Water: Water dish that they can soak in

Humidity: Soak to help stuck shed

Sexing: Put thumbs on either size of cloaca and push slightly. One big thing = Female. Two little things = Male

Training: Can be bell trained

Pros:

-Very impressive to have

-Hardy

-Intelligent

Cons:

-Longest snake alive

-Are very fast -Intelligent so they can get out if cage is not secured correctly

-Super heavy

Breeding:

-28-38 eggs laid in each clutch

-About 90 day incubation

-In the last month of (your) winter brumate them at around 65 degrees (F)

-Females should be at least 3 years old before breeding

-Males should be at least 18 months old before breeding

-Watch male closely as females can be cannibalistic

-Tub sizes for breeding:

-Babies should have at least a 44qt tub

-Males should have a 180qt tub

-Females should have at least a 200qt tub
