Class: Easy Diet:

-As babies: Pinky mouse every 2 weeks

-As adults: Mouse every 2 weeks Heating: Heat mat Lighting: None

Tank:

-As babies: 10 Gallon

-As adults: 20 Gallon

Substrate: Felt or Snake mat or Bioactive

Mental stimulation: Hide

Water: Water dish that they can somewhat soak in

Humidity: Soak to help stuck shed

Sexing: Put thumbs on either size of cloaca and push slightly. One big thing = Female. Two little things = Male

Training: Some can be bell trained and arm trained

Pros:

-Hardy

-Better at handling than most snakes

-Smaller

-Usually wont bite (even if they did it wouldn't hurt)

-Can be found at PetSmart

-Active

Cons:

-Faster

-Can be squished easier than say like a Ball Python

-More likely to bite than most bigger snakes

Breeding:

-10-30 eggs per clutch up to 2 times

-60-75 day incubation period

-Brumate at 40-60 degrees (F) for about 3 months

-Should be at least 18 months of age before breeding

-Tub sizes for breeding:

-Baby: Should be about a 6qt tub

-Adult: Should be at least a 28qt tub
